"Pianist Xuesha Hu was the top prize-winner at the 2017 Bösendorfer and Yamaha USASU International Piano Competition, the 2016 Young Texas Artists Competition, the 53rd Jefferson International Concerto Competition, the 2013 Lennox International Piano Competition, as well as the 2010 Steinway & Sons China National Piano Competition.
Originally from Ganzhou City, China, Hu has performed throughout the United States, China, Austria, Germany and Brazil. Xuesha has appeared with various orchestras as a soloist, including the Fort Worth Symphony, Jefferson Symphony Orchestra, Richardson Symphony Orchestra, Phoenix Symphony Orchestra, Allen Symphony Orchestra, Texas Christian University Symphony Orchestra, and Northwestern University Symphony Orchestra."
