RAYMONDA DIVERTISSEMENTS
Staged by Kevin McKenzie and Irina Kolpakova after Marius Petipa
Music by Alexander Glazunov
Performed to one of the finest and most joyful ballet scores ever composed, the Raymonda Divertissements offer a treasure trove of solos and duets, each like a dazzling Fabergé jewel. Based on Petipa’s last great masterpiece, this is ballet classicism at its best.

SEVEN SONATAS
Choreography by Alexei Ratmansky
Music by Domenico Scarlatti
Scarlatti’s delicate keyboard sonatas exude the weightlessness of a watercolor painting, and Ratmansky’s choreography subtly reflects these compositions with musical sensitivity. Whatever is happening is implied rather than stated, but that something wonderful is happening is never in doubt.

THIRTEEN DIVERSIONS
Choreography by Christopher Wheeldon
Music by Benjamin Britten
Geometries shift in refreshing ways to create Christopher Wheeldon’s choreographic kaleidoscope of surprising images and spectacular contrasts. With four principal couples and 16 corps de ballet members, this is ballet on a grand scale.
